What if school uniforms could unlock healthier, happier, more active days for every child?
In September 2025, the Youth Sport Trust launched the UK’s first Always Active Uniform Pilot with Harbinger Primary School, powered by Sports Direct x Under Armour. Every Reception pupil has been gifted a flexible, movement-friendly uniform, thanks to Under Armour and an activity band to help track daily activity thanks to Moki.
74% of parents and 69% of teachers would support their child’s school introducing an Always Active Uniform in Primary Schools.
This year-long research project will show how a simple change in what children wear to school could spark greater inclusion, confidence, and wellbeing.
