Hey guys, Today's recipe is about the famous Desi Samosa but the twist here is that I will
be making it in the Air fryer so that we can avoid the amount of oil that goes in it and still retain the amazing taste it is known for.

So lets gather the ingredients, which are just a handful, and lets get going.

INGREDIENTS

Samosa dough
1 bowl maida(all purpose flour)
मैदा
1 tsp Ajwain( carom seeds)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp desi ghee
Water

Stuffing
1 tsp oil
½ tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp cashew
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp dry mango
1 tsp garam masala
Crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
½ bowl boil peas
4 boil mashed potatoes
