The Battle Cats - Revenge of Red Sky (Merciless) Red Sky at Night [Revenge of Perfect Cyclone]
cyberstack ftw
i hate this stage. is it difficult? no. but i screwed up the beginning by accidentally killing the Heavenly Hippoes so many times haha
eventually, i came up with a plan. lvl 42 ramen with resistant combos for stalling and Can Can to kill the peons at the beginning.
once Angelic Gory is gone, just spam Eraser and Manic Eraser. oh and you most likely don't actually need lvl 40+ ramen
if you can Cyberstack the stage, you can just completely murder the stage (like i did HEHEEH) if you have Galaxy Cosmo, he demolishes as well with his super duper long range and KB procs of his
when you think you're ready (or kill the Heavenly Hippoe with the Cat Cannon by accident like i did), you can hit the base and release the enemies. inside is a buffed Perfect Cyclone and Sleipnir. buffed Gabriels also start spawning. when i say buffed, i mean BUFFED. these can survive a hit from Pizza, and even a hit from Can Can. they can shred thru your meatshields quite quickly, so make sure to kill them quick. i'm using Can Can and Pizza for this job. Cyberpunk can help slow Gabriel down as well. i think Pizza's slow movement speed actually helps here, so he doesn't rush into Perfect Cyclone and commit suicide. overall, the Gabriels aren't actually that big of a threat
what you should worry about is the Sleipnir. kill it and Perfect Cyclone is completely vulnerable. Sleipnir can knock your Octopus out of Perfect Cyclone's blindspot and cause it to get killed. however, Cyberstack and Galaxy Cosmo can take care of it very easily. you can always fire the Cat Cannon to reposition Perfect Cyclone and Sleipnir if they get too near to Cyberstack. however, if you're using Cosmo, you have to be cautious as it may cause Cosmo to rush in and get killed. you should fire the Cat Cannon when Cosmo is in the middle of his attack animation
oh right. about Cyberpunk's "Slow UP" talents, they help a ton. you don't have to stack nearly as many Cyberpunks to have the same effect. they also make achieving 100% slow uptime on the enemies an absolute cakewalk. however, the stage is definitely still do-able with no talente Cyberpunk
i don't know the normal method to beat this stage if it isn't Cyberstack. CYBERSTACK FTW

Pizza 42
Can Can 42
Cyberpunk 40
shuddup i know i'm using lvl 40 cats
reward from this stage is Catornado TF (Catyphoon) it improves health and speed.
Catyphoon stats improvements:
Increased health (15,300 to 26,010)
Increased speed (9 to 14)
that's about 50% faster.
treasure radar not needed, luckily. guaranteed to drop the TF. thank god i don't have to Cyberstack for 2 hours again
