15,000 government buses go off Tamil Nadu roads, commuters stranded

Описание: Scores of commuters were stranded at bus stops as nearly 15,000 government buses went off the roads in Tamil Nadu on Friday. 12 transport unions have announced an indefinite strike, demanding a pay hike. The strike comes following the failure of talks between the unions and the state transport minister on Thursday.
