1889 Paris Exposition Universelle - Worlds Fair - Historic Old World Photos - Tartaria

Описание: A collection of photos from the 1889 Paris Worlds Fair. Just a little contemplative video and something you can show a friend who is new to "Tartaria" in order to convey the idea of the grandiosity of a Worlds Fair.

My first question is: Where is everyone? And what is going on with the floor in a lot of the pictures?

I think the Worlds Fair were genuine exhibitions at the end of the Kingdom. But still it is all shrouded in a lot of mystery and I can't fully put my finger on what was going on at the Worlds Fairs, or during this time in general.
