On our way back from the Okanagan in mid September, we camp out for one last night at Paul Lake Provincial Park in Kamloops. We enjoy the quiet of the late season with lots of deer sightings, and a short but exhilarating hike up to Gibralter Rock. Gordon also shares an epic hike that he did to Mount Price* in Garibaldi Provincial Park on his birthday.
*Important note on the Mount Price hike:
This hike is a challenging and difficult 30 km round-trip hike with approx. 1,500 m (nearly 5,000 ft) of elevation gain. Only experienced hikers with backcountry navigation experience equipped with proper gear and supplies should attempt this hike.
