The 23 year old hip hop artist was involved in a fight last night, and if he's criminally charged, his probation could be revoked ANDDDD he could be thrown in the slammer.
The altercation went down last night in LA—Chris Brown was trying to exit the parking lot at a recording studio, when allegedly Frank Ocean's crew rolled up and blocked Chris in.
TMZ reports that one of Frank's guys attacked Chris, and ultimately resulted in a brawl between 6 guys.
The LA county Sheriff's Department told the LA Times, "Of course, we are going to investigate. It is our understanding it does not rise to the level of an alleged assault. As a matter of fact, it could be a minor scuffle over a parking spot."
So while the LAPD may think it was a minor incident, Frank Ocean took to Twitter to explain the situation and it sounds a bit serious.
He said, "got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest was there. cut my finger now I can't play w two hands at the grammys."
So the fact that Frank is injured to the point where he can't perform live with both of his hands may mean legal action against Chris.
As you recall, Chris is 3 years into his 5 year probation sentence, for felony assault on Rihanna.
He has to complete 1,400 hours of labor service AND a domestic violence education program before August 2014.
