7- From a point on the ground, the angles of elevation of the base and the top of a communication tower mounted on the top of a 20-meter-tall building are 45 degrees and 60 degrees, respectively. Find the height of the tower.

8- A 1.6-meter-tall statue is mounted on the top of a pedestal. The angle of elevation of the statue's top from a point on the ground is 60 degrees, and the angle of elevation of the pedestal's top from the same point is 45 degrees. Find the height of the pedestal.

9- The angle of elevation of the top of a building from the foot of a tower is 30 degrees, and the angle of elevation of the top of the tower from the foot of the building is 60 degrees. If the tower is 50 meters tall, find the height of the building.

10- Two poles of equal length are installed opposite each other on either side of an 80-meter wide road. The elevations of the poles from a point on the road between these two poles are 60 degrees and 30 degrees, respectively. Find the heights of the poles and the distances between the two poles.

11- A TV tower stands vertically on one bank of a canal. The angle of elevation of the top of the tower from another point on the other bank, directly opposite the tower, is 60 degrees. The angle of elevation of the top of the tower from another point on the same bank, 20 meters away and on a line joining this point to the foot of the tower, is 30 degrees. Find the height of the tower and the width of the canal.

12- From the top of a 7-meter high building, the angle of elevation of the top of the tower is 60 degrees, and the angle of depression of its foot is 45 degrees. Find the height of the tower.

13. The angles of depression of two ships, as viewed from the top of a 75-meter-high lighthouse above sea level, are 30 degrees and 45 degrees. If one ship is on the same side of the lighthouse and the other is behind the other, find the distance between the two ships.

14. A 1.2-meter-tall girl at a height of 88.2 meters from the ground observes a balloon floating in the air in a horizontal line. The angle of elevation of the balloon from the girl's eye is 60 degrees. After some time, the angle of elevation decreases to 30 degrees. Find the distance traveled by the balloon during this interval.

15. A straight highway leads to the foot of a tower. A man standing at the top of the tower sees a car at an angle of depression of 30 degrees, moving uniformly towards the foot of the tower. After 6 seconds, the angle of depression of the car becomes 60 degrees. Find the time taken by the car to reach the top of the tower from this point.
