I do some significant new growth reduction on my original PA bonsai in order to bring it back into profile and get it ready for public display this holiday season. These trees are also known as Portulacaria Afra, Elephant Bush, and Spekboom. Jade plants are an excellent choice for indoor bonsai due to their fat trunks, fast growth, drought tolerance, and overall ease of care in a bonsai pot.
