Today I invite you to slow down with me.
This video begins with the quiet ritual of coffee being filtered, then gently flows through a peaceful morning in the garden.
I spend the morning planting and caring for the land — making plant cuttings, preparing the soil, planting directly into the earth, dividing Dieffenbachia cuttings, planting a young tangerine tree, and nourishing fruit trees with natural fertilizer.
Between one task and another, my cats join the scene — sometimes helping, sometimes creating absolute chaos. They climb trees, roll on the ground, dig where they shouldn’t, and remind me that the garden is a shared space full of life.
The morning ends with the preparation of a simple homemade lunch: oven-baked chicken with rice tortillas, served slowly and with gratitude.
To close the day, I share quiet celestial moments — the sun resting on the hills, distant smoke drifting softly, and a pale white moon floating in a bright blue sky.
