And when the filing, Kandi says that their children have significant monthly expenses and that she's the one footing the bill every single time.

According to new filings, Kandi is accusing Todd Tucker of failing to financially support their children, interfering with her parenting time, and quietly letting her cover every major expense while he presents a very different story online. And Kandi's filing outlines just how expensive their day-to-day lives actually are, including nannies, child care, school tuition, extracurricular activities, medical care, travel, birthday celebrations, and basic daily expenses.

She says that it's not right for her to be the sole person paying for their children's livelihood while Todd uses his money to frequently go on the outofcountry vacation.
What makes this filing hit harder is that Kandi claims every single one of those costs has been falling entirely on her shoulders. At the same time, she says Todd has been traveling out of the country on multiple occasions, enjoying vacations without notifying her properly, all while allegedly contributing nothing toward the children's financial.
She also said that he has not paid the mortgage or taken care of any of the household expenses, but he has found time to travel and to go out of the country and post these two to three minute videos on IG of him being this active parent acting like his daddy daycare. The contrast between those two realities is exactly why she wants the court involved now instead of later, and that's only part of the issue.
Kandi is also accusing Todd of interfering with her parenting time, specifically during the Christmas holiday. Now, she also mentions that he tried to prohibit the kids from coming to New York during Christmas time even though she had already incurred the cost of their travel and gave him a significant notice that she wanted to give.
According to the court documents, she had already paid for the children's travel and had given advanced notice of her plans to spend the holiday with them in New York. Despite that, she claims Todd attempted to stop the trip altogether, which she says was a deliberate attempt to block her from exercising her designated parenting time.
This is where the situation gets even messier because publicly Todd has been posting short daddy daycare clips on social media, showing himself dropping the kids off at school and presenting himself as a very hands-on parent. But in her filing, Kandi tells the court that those videos do not reflect reality over the weekend, which is also important to note.
