WARNING
If you have issues with knees, lower back, neck, or shoulders... This program may have to be adapted to fit your needs. This is a challenge assuming that you are physically functional. You may still do the challenge, but avoid exercises that concern the problem area.
WHEN IN DOUBT ASK A PROFESSIONAL
Doing the workout alone will yelled good results, but for great results, we suggest a well balanced diet, getting a 20min cardiovascular workout every day, drinking at least 2L/day of water, and getting a good night sleep to recuperate.
PS. This program was designed to be performed with dumbbells as equipment, should you choose to use more than 3-5 or 8lbs... Be wise, start low and climb your way up!
