Slate Auto Walkaround

Описание: The Slate Auto team made a stop at Fort Worth for their first rodeo! Ever since the introduction of of the Slate truck, I’ve been excited to be able to see it in person. If you’re not familiar with Slate Auto, they are a brand creating an inexpensive compact truck. It is a full EV and where this really stands out, is its massive flexibility with customization.

The way it’ll work is you get the blank Slate truck directly from them, so no need for dealers. You’ll be able to do all the work of adding or changing all the accessories that they offer, right in your driveway. They plan on creating YouTube tutorials as a form of video instructions for all the components. If you want someone else to do the work for you, you‘ll have the option to have parts installed from a network of shops that are Slate trained.

I’m excited to see the Slate truck out on the street for their target date of late 2026. I have already been playing with their designer on the site and it’s exciting to see all the possibilities. How would you build your Slate Auto truck? Share your link build in the comments!
