Hopefully this can be helpful in your hunt to finding a great deal, making sure you get yourself the perfect bike to get started out road biking.
This frame size calculator is about as accurate as I think they get for the information given. Like I said, use the number as a guide, and always test ride the bike you are considering before buying it.
