Finally a Mosfet update for the FakeTek Meshtastic PCB!!

Soldering tiny Mosfets and pull down resistors in between pins or placing them externally making the build look terrible until now. But as there is no way around to actually switch the GPS module on or off, add a buzzer, vibra motor it needs a Mosfet/ transistor as the NRF just does not have enough juice to power them on its own.
So I had added 3 spots for Mosfets and pulldown resistors to the board, including nice big solder spots so its easy to connect external hardware to.

I tested the board right away after receiving them from JLC PCB and I can confirm that it works 100%
