Kuat Piston Pro X bike rack can carry up to 67 lbs per tray (for the 2 -tray system). Max tire size is 29" with a max width of 5". Max Wheelbase is 53". This bike trailer is the only one I can find that can handle two fat tire ebikes with their weight. The ramp (sold separately by Kuat) is A MUST HAVE and makes the loading/unloading a breaze. I simply used the throttle to assist in the loading!

Velotric Nomad 1 Step-Thu weighs 72lbs (HIgh-Step weighs 73lbs). Nomad 1 Step-Thru without battery installed weighs 63 lbs (under the weight limit of the Kuat Piston Pro X. Battery weight for Nomad 1 Step-Thru and High-Step is 9lbs. Nomad 1 tire size is 30' and 4" wide with a Wheelbase of 48.8"

As you can see, the Velotric Nomad 1 fits within the specification of the Kuat Piston Pro X rack, however due to the size of the Velotric Nomad, it does not fit using the "Fender Settings of the chock on the rear tire. However, the size the fender on the Nomad actually has a smaller width then the chock on the ramp, thus allowing the rear tire and fender fit perfectly under the rail systerm. I simply bought some longer velcro straps (the official Kuat Piston Pro X fender strap kit was too short) and used them to ensure the Nomad 1 was secured and wasn't wobbline. A small piece of a pool noodle simply ensured the bike wouldnt move back and forth between the rail system. So alhough the Velotric Nomad 1 meets the specifications of the Kuat Piston Pro X rack, you will need to adjust accordingly to ensure the bike is mounted without issue.

Lectric XP 2.0: This ebike fits perfectly. Just set the chocks on the Kuat trailer according to the tire size. Due to the rear fender, the chock will fit, but as you can see, it's a very close fit. You can always move the chock up a slot if need be and also use a strap.

I will try to follow-up this video with a more detailed one in a next couple of days that will show the loading/unloading of the ebikes as well as the use of the Kuat Piston Pro X bike ramp. Until then, feel free ask questions!
