As part of my poly bushings kit, I recieved the poly tension rod bushings which I decided to install and make a quick tutorial on it. There is a slight difference depending on what year your Z31 is but they are similar enough that you should still be able to figure out the other style (Which I believe comes on 87-89 Z31's)
