The new version of Windows will be called Windows 10. This is the Windows 10 Technical Preview being demonstrated in this tutorial, build 4891. And yes - the start menu is back! :)

This is part one of two videos that have been created to mark the release of the technical preview. Section 2 will follow on 2nd October.
