OLD HICKORY 6pc SET, HARD TO FIND!! -🇺🇸- Episode 110

Описание: OLD HICKORY 6pc SET, Acquired from a yard sale years ago, I'm not sure the year of production, and I can only find information on the Five Piece set, that Old Hickory currently sells. Has wooden storage/display rack with Old Hickory logo, and a rope hanger. All knives marked "Tru-Edge, Ontario Knife Co. Made in U.S.A". My knives have patina and signs of neglect (lack of oil, and dry environment) but still very usable. Made of carbon steel, they can get sharper, and stay sharper longer than, many stainless steel knives. Hardwood handles attached with brass compression rivets. A very nice and usable set, possibly collectible. 8" chef knife, and 4-3/4" filet knife, not available on Ontario Knife Co. website. Keep them oiled, and dry, and they will last another generation.
