Its been 4 years since i dyed my hair and here are 5 things I've learned

1. I didn't know my last hair dye was going to be my last hair dye.
If I knew that my last hair dye was my last dye, would I have done anything different ?


2. People really don't care that much. I worried way too much about what other people would say or think. Nobody cares as much as you do. Nobody cares as much as you think they do.

3. It's looked bad ...for a long time...before it looked good. At least I thought it did. You have to be patient.
4. I didn't know what my gray hair pattern really was until i started growing it out. A lot. It wasn't until I started seeing other women fully grown out with a gray hair pattern similar to mine, that I became more confident in my decision and less tempted to give up.
5. It changed me in ways that have nothing to do with hair color. I developed an intense secureness in myself. In who I am. That I'm the kind of person that can stick to hard things, and this spilled over into other areas of my life.
