After hundreds of flights, learning new moves and crashing, I had a servo finally quit working on both of my M1s. I think this is fabulous performance, considering how hard and how frequently I fly these helis! As a workaround, I just put the remaining servos in my purple M1 and kept on flying. But now, a few weeks later, I have my yellow M1 fixed up with a new batch of servos!
Since these are such great helicopters, I have nearly zero experience with working on them. So, I just installed the servos, eyeballed each of the servo arms to level the swash plate, and called it good.
