Описание: I grew up eating Lebanese hummus, it's super easy to make and nutritious.

We didn't ever peel the chickpeas, just make sure they are super mushy, falling apart and then blend them into a delicious creaminess.

In Arabic, it is called hummus bi tahini, and in this video I will show you how to make hummus without a food processor, just as our ancestors did.

Usually it is topped with extra virgin olive oil, but I left it off as I am reducing my oil intake to zero or very little. But you can add this on top if you like.

Recipes Tips
• You can adjust the lemon juice, tahini, salt and garlic to suit your taste
• The amount of icey water will adjust the consistency and creaminess of the hummus
• Hummus can be enjoyed warm, fresh, or cold.
