In this video, I take an aftermarket carbon fiber under cover and transform it from a simple bolt-on part into a factory-level Ducati upgrade by designing and fabricating custom mounting brackets specifically for the Ducati Monster S4RS. The goal wasn’t just looks — it was strength, protection, fitment, and true Italian style.

Instead of forcing the carbon undertray to fit, I engineered custom brackets to ensure:

Once the fitment was perfect, the under cover was painted in the iconic Italian tricolour, paying tribute to Ducati’s racing heritage 🇮🇹. To finish it off, S4RS lettering was painted in black, giving it a bold but classy look that matches the Monster’s aggressive character.
