Описание: A basic squat we start with that uses the medicine ball as a counterweight. This squat allows beginners to develop good squatting mechanics (with then eventually without a box) and better upper back posture while still posing a challenge. While keeping the torso upright and chest forward, squat down and press out. Return to the starting position and bring the ball back in with a sharp exhale at the top bracing the abs. For beginners, the box helps tremendously with weight placement in the feet and to help establish depth.
