D.W. Wilburn is serving as the general contractor of the 700-space underground parking garage that will serve as the foundation and parking for the upcoming mixed-use development known as CentrePointe. A 3-phased approach has been taken to complete the garage by the summer of 2017; the Limestone side will reach completion first, followed in sequence by the South Upper Street side, and finally, the Vine Street side. The garage will be occupied on a date after its initial completion due to the upcoming construction of the office tower, hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces planned atop the garage.
