Note: As several commenters have noted, it is generally advised that one should not wear gloves when operating a drill press out of fear of entanglement. I apologize for inadvertently setting a bad safety example in this video.
The Lucid Autowerks duckbill accessory comes with an aluminum centering cone of ~75mm maximum diameter. Although that will work for most rims, you might run into some rims with a larger bore. This video shares how I was able to modify some inexpensive 40mm wheel balancer cones for use with the Harbor Freight tire changer using only a carbide burr, a drill press and quite a bit of patience :) Hope this is helpful if you are trying to do the same thing!
