SEOUL'S Best View? Hiking GWANAKSAN! 🇰🇷⛰️🏙

​The weather was so incredible on February 28th, it felt like spring came early this year! In this video, I’m traveling from Daejeon to Seoul to conquer the incredibly popular Gwanaksan Mountain (관악산).

​🚄 The Journey: Daejeon → Seoul Station
​I'm showing you the full route from Daejeon Station via the KTX. If you're coming from out of town, I’ve got you covered with a quick guide on how to get from Seoul Station to the trailhead.

​How to get there: Take Line 1 (Blue) to Daebang Station, then transfer to the Sillim Line to reach Gwanaksan Station (Exit 1). It’s the easiest way to start the hike!

​🥾 The Hike: SNU to Sadang Ridge

​We start at the Seoul National University (SNU) entrance and push up to Yeonjudae Hermitage—the famous cliffside temple (Sorry about the typo in the vid). Because the air was so crisp and clear, we get an insane 360-degree views of the entire Seoul skyline.
​We finish the day by trekking the rugged Sadang Ridge. It’s a bit of a scramble, but with the early spring sun out, the views the whole way down were unbeatable.

​📍 Route Summary:
​Transport: KTX (Daejeon → Seoul) + Line 1 + Sillim Line to Gwanaksan Station.
​Ascent: SNU Trail to Yeonjudae Peak (629.1m).
​Descent: Sadang Ridge (사당능선) for those epic city panoramas.
​Vibe: Early spring sunshine and crystal clear visibility!
