There is a saying in Urdu that Apnay ghar ko jala dia apnay hi charaagh nay. It means that there was darkness in our house, so we needed light. So we lit up a lamp. Unfortunately, the same lamp that we thought would illuminate our dark surroundings and give us hope and remove our sorrows became the sole reason for our demise, because the fuel and the fire from the lamp burned the entire house down.

This proverb is used in Urdu to describe a situation when we feel that a certain person, place, entity, or situation might be favorable for us, but instead that person, place, situation, or entity becomes the sole reason for our demise and downfall.

The life of dunia is a test and a constant battle between good and evil. There are two sides. First group are the forces of ALLAH, i.e., good human beings and spiritual human beings. They are standing against the forces of shaitan, iblis, and anti christ. This second group of People are the one's who have sold their souls to shaitaan for the life of this dunia and have left the life of the hereafter.

But here comes the sad part, where the lamp has burned down the house. The sad part is that good human beings, people who are on the side of ALLAH, were already a minority, but they are now facing a serious threat from inside. The men and women of ALLAH are turning their backs upon their fellow teammates, and they are going away from ALLAH.

What is the reason? Well, there are too many to begin with, but the first one is the love for the life of this dunia. The one who craves the life and recognition of this dunia is the first one who leaves ALLAH and chooses to side with shaitan.

Because just like the genie, the Shaitaan offers you endless wishes, and promises to be your best friend till the end. But remember, the promise of shaitan is a false hope. He is a liar.

Secondly, another reason why people are going away from Islam is the scholars. Our scholars are completely opposite of what our Prophet Muhammad PBUH and his best of the best Sahaba were like.

Prophet Muhammad PBUH adopted piety and simplicity, and he fought wars, he was fit. Our scholars are too much decorated, almost like princes of Persia, complexion so smooth that they never even took a slap, let alone fought a war or stood up against a tyrant, bellies protruding by sitting all day and doing no hardwork. Then they are all divided, and each one believes that their fiqh and sect is the one and the only.

So the youth and Muslims tend to deviate from scholars and try to figure out Islam by themselves, by giving their own meanings to the laws of ALLAH just to satisfy their own whims and desires. Islam is not a bowl of chicken soup. Islam is hard work because Heaven is not cheap. Heaven is the ultimate goal.

You never get success by choosing the easy way out. Well, you have free will. Choose your destiny wisely, because you only live once. YOLO. So dont waste your life by living like a loser.
