Описание: In this video, we’ll go over the SP-404 MFX called Flanger. Flanger, as an effect was created to make electronic music sound more imperfect. Sounds backwards, but imperfections make music beautiful and compelling. Usually, Flanger is applied to individual sounds. It basically duplicates the sound and slows or speeds up one of them. This creates a jet-like sound or swoosh.

You can also add Chorus to a mastered project or a drum bus, keeping in mind that a little goes a long way, and you really only need a little bit to get a more textured sound.

I also go into live performance professionalism when using the SP-404. It’s easy to turn on the SP-404 and just go for it, but this can cause serious damage to audio equipment. Your music might be amazing and whether or not you take care of the equipment (by making sure your levels don’t peak, among other things), might be the difference between you getting called back a second time, or not.
