Vikas suffered a few bullets shots and he later succumbed to his injuries. Vikas Dubey has officially been declared dead.

Vikas Dubey is the main accused in the ambush and the killing of eight police personnel in the Kanpur encounter case. Vikas Dubey, who was arrested from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh on Thursday, reached Kanpur from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh on Friday morning.
