For Chicken Sweet Potato and Lentil Curry
Seasoning
300g Diced Chicken Breast
2 tbps oil
1 tsp fresh Ginger
3 Cloves crushed Garlic
2 tbps Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tbps Curry Powder
1 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tsp ground Cumin
1/2 ground White Pepper
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 med - large Sweet Potato
1 Onion
1 tbps Tomato Paste
85g Dried Red Lentils
150ml Coconut Milk
200ml Boiling Water add more if you if it too thick.
Salt to taste
4 hands of Baby Spinach
