250 gm boneless chicken
1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or processed)
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp organo
Salt to taste
2 tbsp cornflour/ maida
3 tbsp breadcrumbs (inside mix)
1 egg (for coating)
Breadcrumbs (for outer coating)
Oil for deep frying
