Описание: संसद के बजट सत्र का दूसरा चरण शुरू हो गया है। सत्र के पहले दिन सोमवार को दोनों ही सदनों में मिडिल ईस्ट पर चर्चा की मांग को लेकर विपक्ष का हंगामा देखने को मिला। इस बीच विदेश मंत्री जयशंकर ने पश्चिम एशिया के हालात पर वक्तव्य जारी किया। इस दौरान लोकसभा में ओम बिरला को अध्यक्ष पद से हटाने से संबंधित विपक्ष के प्रस्ताव पर भी चर्चा के आसार हैं। लोकसभा में पीठासीन सभापति की ओर से बुलाए जाने पर सदन के 50 सदस्यों को नोटिस के समर्थन में खड़ा होना होगा और फिर प्रस्ताव सदन के विचार के लिए स्वीकृत माना जाएगा। इसके बाद प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा और मतदान होगा।

When called by the presiding Chairman in the Lok Sabha, 50 members of the House will have to stand in support of the notice and then the proposal will be considered accepted for consideration of the House. After this, the proposal will be discussed and voted upon.
