VTuber Drama (And Why it is so Popular)

The Clip Art used for the slides is accessed from https://www.irasutoya.com. To my understanding, based on reading from others and translating the website itself, there is a Free limit of 20 items for COMMERCIAL projects, and any additional images are to be used at a charge of 1,000 Yen each (I believe per project). However, it seems for PERSONAL projects, there has been a recent change to the terms wherein image use is unlimited. I assume that is with credit. Given the channel is not monetised, and I do not offer any way to give me money (e.g. Patreon, Ko-Fi, etc) I take it to mean I am able to use unlimited Irasutoya images in my works. If I am mistaken, please let me know! I have read through both the FAQ and Terms & Conditions of Irasutoya (Translated), and have come to that understanding through a combination of their site, and what others have been saying, but this isn't fool proof. In the event this channel reaches monetisation, I will be happy to change the video to suit the situation.
