Making Coffee Concentrate:
30g medium ground coffee
300g water (just off the boil)
Brew for three minutes, strain and chill

Recipe for Coffee Orange Spritz:
15ml MONIN Orange Spritz syrup
30ml coffee concentrate
15ml freshly squeezed orange juice
100ml soda water
orange slice
Build over ice in frozen wine glass

Recipe for Iced Mock Irish Coffee:
20ml MONIN Irish syrup
200ml coffee concentrate
Top with shaken double cream
Build in frozen rocks glass

Recipe for Coffee Bitter Tonic:
15ml MONIN Bitter
30ml coffee concentrate
100ml tonic water
citrus slice
Build in frozen highball glass

Recipe for Coconut Shakerato:
10ml MONIN Coconut syrup
2x Capsules
toasted coconut
Shake and hard strain into frozen coupe / martini glass
