Carnaby Style Night with GQ Magazine 2015

Описание: We would like to send a big thank you to everyone who came down to the Carnaby Style Night in association with GQ on Thursday 17 September! If you missed out, not to worry – here’s everything that happened on the night:

Across the 13 streets of Carnaby, we saw the area fill with excited punters ready for the ultimate Style Night. Attendees enjoyed 20% off in over 100 shops, bars, restaurants and cafés, complimentary drinks, in-store DJs, makeovers, haircuts, and live music throughout the night.

8 Newburgh Quarter was the hub of the Style Night, where you could pick up your free ticket and with a donation to Trekstock charity, party-goers could get their hands on their very own authentic Carnaby tote bag. There were also the latest copies of GQ magazine to pick up too.

Ticket holders gained instant access to a whole range of treats, including the very popular Annie Mae’s mac n’ cheese at Pretty Green, complimentary popcorn and candyfloss on Beak Street, and a free “Mutts Nuts” cocktail from the Dirty Bones pop up on Ganton Street, as well as a whole lot more – make sure to check out the Carnaby instagram and twitter for all the highlights.

For the first time ever, GQ’s Associate Editor Robert Johnston was joined by Fashion Editors Nick Carvell and Giorgina Waltier to form The GQ Panel; hosted at We Built This City at 10 Carnaby Street, the room was filled with eager trend watchers to listen to AW15 masterclasses and trend talks, featuring Ben Sherman’s CEO Mark Maidment, OTHER’s co-founder Matthew Murphy, Pretty Green’s Designer Director Pat Salter and Jack Wills’ Creative Director Richard Nicoll.

Attendees enjoyed a vintage fairground on Beak Street with rides and free nibbles; those of you who tweeted using #Carnaby and #StyleNight whilst sharing your moments instantly entered you into our Style Roulette – where tweets were turned into fashion prizes. Lucky tweeters were rewarded with fashion items from the likes of Cheap Monday, Ben Sherman and Lambretta.

There were more ways to win on the night too, thanks to the GQ Style Hunters who captured their favourite street style looks throughout the night. If you were one of the lucky ones to be selected, you were rewarded with a goodie bag worth £150.
