My Fight for Property Rights | NO BAN Speech – Richland County, Ohio (Feb 21, 2025)

Описание: On February 21, 2025, I spoke at the NO BAN on Property Rights event in Richland County, Ohio.

I gave this speech because I believe people need to understand that bans on lawful land use and limitations on property rights are not abstract policy debates — they affect real people, real families, and real farmers.

I am a sixth-generation Ohio farmer. After surviving COVID, seven abdominal surgeries, and over $1 million in medical bills, my family faced another fight — the fight to protect our farm and our right to use our land legally under Ohio law.

When Green Township moved to ban wind and solar development, it wasn’t just about energy policy. It became personal. My family endured public attacks, harassment, threats, and community division. We were told we could not use our own land in a lawful way to sustain our farm and provide for our children.

That’s why I speak out.

Because policies have consequences.
Bans have consequences.
Misinformation has consequences.

They don’t just affect corporations or developers.
They affect families like mine.

Farmers make up less than 1.5% of the population, but we feed this country. A farmer’s land is their retirement, their investment, and their legacy. Property rights are one of the foundational principles of America.

This speech is about:
