From Fakirapul in Dhaka, buses of different companies leave Dhaka for Bandarban every day at 10.30 pm. And it will cost 650 to 800 Taka per person. You will cross the winding path of the hill and reach Bandarban town in the morning. Basically, the journey of Khum Tracking starts from here.

Those who want to come to Nafa khum tracking, from any part of Bangladesh, must first come to the district town of Bandarban. From there you can start tracking to your favorite destination. However, if you want to come to Bandarban khum tracking, you can come with all such companies. It flows over Bandarban district and South Chittagong and merges into the Bay of Bengal. The length of this river from its source to the Bay of Bengal is 170 km The river Sangu is closely associated with the livelihood of this district. This river is one of the means of communication in the hilly areas of Bandarban. Most of the rivers in Bangladesh flow from north to south and merge into the Bay of Bengal. But the Sangu River formed in the southern part of Bandarban, flowed north and ended in the Bay of Bengal.

Khum in Marma means waterfall. The mountain river Sangu has created small waterfalls in many places along its course, notably Remakri khum and Nafa khum. And now there are two khums named Amiya khum Sat vai khum. I don't know if we will have the fortune to know and see how many khum there are without knowing the name.

Nafa khum Falls is a natural waterfall located in Bandarban district. Nafa khum Marma sound. Nafa means 'fish' and Khum means 'waterfall'. There is a type of fish found in the Remakri river called Nafa fish. These fish always move in the opposite direction of the current. The tribals catch the jumping fish with nets or cloths just as the fish jump in the opposite direction and cross the fountain. From this the name of this fountain has been given as Nafa khum fountain. It is considered to be the second largest waterfall in Bangladesh after Amiya khum Falls. This impeccably beautiful waterfall is just a two and a half hour walk from Remakri.
