Keep up counterstance, Orcish counterstance, cocoon, nat meditation and saline coat. 5/5 malignance and some DT gear in other slots. Running a Tizona/Machaera +2.

Latest update: I've been playing around more on different strategies, and I made a few tweaks to clear it consistently in 3-4mins now.
I use KoH, Monberaux, Brygid, Ygnas, and Sylvie. Spells, I removed magic fruit and saline coat since I realized I wasn't using much of those (Ygnas and Monberaux uses JAs that gives MDB which overwrites saline coat), I swapped in Diffusion Ray for more STP.
Gearwise I also augmented +10 counter to my TP cape which helped a lot, and slowly ranked up my Tizona (at 7 at the moment).
Haste, O.Counterstance, Diffusion+Mighty Guard (for MDB for trusts, as well as capped haste to reach AM3 fast), Cocoon, N.Medi.
