A delegation of 10 Jamaican IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies participated in a B2B mission in London, including an exhibition at Going Global Live at ExCeL London on 12–13 November. The mission provided a platform for the companies to showcase their solutions and engage directly with UK and international partners.
The programme also featured a panel discussion titled “Outsourcing Innovation: Jamaica’s Tech Advantage”, held alongside the London Business Show, highlighting Jamaica’s growing capabilities, competitiveness, and innovation in IT and BPO services.
With the support of JAMPRO, the delegation engaged in targeted one-on-one meetings with potential UK partners and clients, generating concrete business leads and market entry opportunities.
This mission was delivered under the UK Trade Partnership Programme, funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). The programme supports businesses in Jamaica and across the Caribbean to expand exports to the UK by leveraging the UK–CARIFORUM Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA), contributing to sustainable growth through trade, talent, and innovation.
