Alright guys, this weeks recipe, is using a small amount of leftover lamb, to make an incredible dish which will easily feed 6 or more people.

It is leftover lamb and linguine. which includes making a beautiful infused oil with chili and rosemary, some zucchini, peas and a small amount of leftover lamb. We also add some lemon, parmesan and garlic, in short all good things that work with leftover lamb. fished off with some linguine and fresh arugula / rocket.
