Preparation & Steps
Take 1 bowl (katori) of Kabuli Chana and soak them overnight.
Next day, add the soaked chana to a pressure cooker.
Add 2 pinches of Baking Soda and a little Salt.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles on medium flame until perfectly soft.
Prepare the spice mix as shown in the video and toss the boiled chana.
📍 Ingredients:
Kabuli Chana (1 Bowl)
Baking Soda /or powder (2 pinches)
Salt (to taste)
Whole Spices: Fennel seeds, Cumin, Coriander seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves.
Powder Spices: Turmeric, Red Chilli powder, Garam Masala, Dry Mango powder (Amchur).
