In this tutorial, I'll show you how to add runny wet ink effects to your digital line art. I created a drawing of a crow in Clip Studio Paint Pro and I'll be enhancing it with Rebelle 3.1. You can apply this technique to digital artwork drawn in other apps as well. It should work well for Inktober and Halloween drawings.
