Описание: Building a #homestead from raw land is a ton of hard work. The fruits (and vegetables) of our labor is delayed by growing time. We're digging into the soil to prepare our first-year garden in soil that's not the best YET.

In this week's episode, we are planting #rootcrops in our curved #gardenbeds. We've got carrots, beets, radishes, squashes and a ton of herbs going in the ground as we are setting up our companion planting beds.
