Ling Tong is yet another top tier speed type character, who has an extremely fast offense, and a type of defense that allows him to dodge attacks. In my opinion, Ling Tong is very easy to use, and very fun to use too. A C1 offense all the way would be ideal, but eh..I try to throw in some other charge attacks here and there.

Range doesn't help his C1 very much at all. Ling Tong should be maximized with Agility instead, to give him more flexibility, and easier control.
There's more flexibility because if there are ever any distance miscalculations, it's easier to fix. There's an example in the Update Video showing Ling Tong with Agility, where I go too far with his C1 and kick an officer backwards and out of the screen. Since Agility speeds up his C1 recovery, it was easy for me to correct his C1 juggling chain.

err yea...obviously, his performance at Mt Tenno could have been a lot better :P You all know this anyway.
