Day 1: Arrival in Omkareshwar:

In this video we travelled from Ujjain to Omkareshwar via 2 wheeler.

Ujjain to Omkareshwar distance is 143KM approx 4 hours.

In Omkareshwar you will get lot of stay options like Hotels, Homestays and Dharamshala near by temple.

But we stayed in Dharamshala and the experience was good.

Check into your accommodation, fresh N up and start your exploration with a visit to the Omkareshwar Temple. Spend time soaking in the spiritual ambiance and witnessing the evening aarti of Narmada Devi if you arrive in time. Take a leisurely stroll along the ghats to experience the local culture and witness the rituals performed by devotees.

Day 2: Spiritual Exploration:

Wake up early and attend the Mangla Arti at 5:00am.

Catch the sunrise over the Narmada River. Take a boat ride along the river to get a panoramic view of Omkareshwar and its surrounding landscape.

Start Omkareshwar Parikrama-The route stretches about 8 km and takes around 3 hours to complete and is not very difficult. The whole area is also very picturesque as this stretch is along the island.

Visit other significant temples in the area, such as the Mamleshwar Mahadev Temple, Siddhanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Gauri Somnath Temple, Kedareshwar Temple and Rinmukteshwar Temple. Each temple has its own unique architectural style and historical significance.

Enjoy a traditional lunch at one of the local eateries, savoring authentic Malwa cuisine.

Before leaving Omkareshwar, do a final visit to the temples to offer your prayers and seek blessings for a safe journey ahead.
