Kate and Jim take the plunge and try out the mysterious skill of lost wax casting. Even though they have owned the equipment for several months, the learning curve was intimidating, and they finally got up the courage to give it a try. In this video, we follow the steps from making a model through to making a lost wax mold and casting it in silver. Spoiler alert - it turns out, mostly. The process is filled with beauty, and so are the resulting pieces of jewelry. It's another way to keep on doing!
