I guess you could say the lesson of this video was to be aware of stereotypes in your own head and realize they are unfair and try to act rationally. Stereotypes are here and as long as people are not logical they will exist so try to not make stereotypes more extreme. Another important thing here is copying a disorder is different from spreading awareness about it. Tried to be nuanced in this video, took me 3 tries and script writing.
