General Motors Electro-Motive Corporation produced this promotional film that explains the history of the internal combustion engine and it's use in railroad applications. Many trains and locomotives are depicted including the Chief, the Zephyr, the Rocket, Flying Yankee, Abraham Lincoln, City of Salina, Green Diamond, and the Bluebird. A very good history is shown that includes the McKeen Motor Car and the advances in rail motor cars. Well-worth watching.
