Danger Zone was originally composed by Giorgio Moroder with lyrics written by Tom Whitlock. Danger Zone was performed by Kenny Loggins for the 1986 film Top Gun's Original Soundtrack after Toto's lawyers were unable to come to an agreement with the film producers.
